Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers payments made to Rajan Foundation Skill Development & Training through our website, including admission fees, tuition fees and other program-related payments made online through our payment gateway.

Please send any cancellation or refund request in writing within 7 days of the date of payment. Requests made later are reviewed case by case, and a refund is not guaranteed.

The Admission Fee and Registration Fee are non-refundable once paid, whatever the cancellation window, because they secure your seat in the program.

The following may be refunded, after any applicable deductions:

• •Tuition fee paid in advance for a program that has not yet started
• •Security deposit, on completing or validly withdrawing from the program
• •Duplicate or excess payments made by mistake
• •Payments for a program that Rajan Foundation is unable to deliver

• •Admission Fee and Registration Fee
• •Assessment fee, once the assessment form has been processed
• •Identity card fee and uniform fee
• •Payment gateway or transaction charges on the original payment

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your name, application/enrollment ID, payment reference number, and reason for cancellation.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the credit.

If money is deducted but the payment shows as failed, or you are charged more than once for the same payment because of a technical error, our payment gateway normally reverses the extra amount within 5-7 business days. If it is not reversed automatically, please write to us with your transaction details and we will help resolve it.
