Why we started, how we teach and where we are headed
Our Beginning
Rajan Foundation - Skill Development & Training Institute was started with a clear goal: to give young people a practical skill that employers genuinely hire for. We chose to focus on training that leads to work, rather than on certificates alone.
Many capable learners lacked access to honest, affordable and hands-on training. We set out to change that with clear fees, real practice and support that continues until a learner is ready for the job market.
Growth and Development
Every program combines classroom sessions with supervised practice. You learn why a method works, watch a trainer demonstrate it, and then do it yourself until it feels natural.
We also keep our programs close to the market. Content is reviewed against what employers expect from new recruits, so learners spend their time on skills that are actually in demand.

A Practical Route to Good Jobs
Rajan Foundation began with a simple observation: employers need trained people, and many capable youngsters lack a practical way to become one.
Hands-On First
Programs were designed around practice on real tools and equipment, so every learner builds skills they can show an employer.
Beyond Technical Knowledge
Spoken English, personality development and computer training were added so learners can interview and work with confidence.
Placement Support
A placement team helps with CVs, interview practice and introductions to employers across India and abroad.
Aligned With Employers
Course content is checked against what industry expects, so learners study topics that actually lead to work.
A Growing Community
Learners from many towns and villages join our programs, bringing different backgrounds and shared goals.
Skill Training for Every Stage
From first-time job seekers to working professionals, we offer programs from certificate and ITI to diploma and bachelor level.
Growing Responsibly
We plan to add programs and partner centres only where we can keep the same quality of training.
Our Approach
We stand for honest guidance, clear fees and training that actually prepares you for work. We would rather help a learner pick the program that fits than sell the most expensive one, and we never promise a job that we cannot guarantee.
The same values shape how we run our centre: orderly, respectful and focused on the learner.
Looking Ahead
Demand for skilled people keeps growing as industry and infrastructure expand. We will keep widening what we teach and strengthening our placement support, so that more learners can build stable, respected careers.
